Today was an explosion for Women Walking In The Word. This marked the first meeting for 2009! How exciting is that! The atmosphere was filled with praise and worship of so many women who came out for the Fellowship. 

The start of 2009, is a new beginning. Some of us have been distracted by 2008, and the events in the economy, and dreams were fading. Well this is the year we are Taking Charge, Trusting in the Lord, Delighting in Him, and Knowing He Will Give Us the Desires of our Heart.

Dreams do come true, and I am believing that every woman will write the 'Script of Their Life'! God has already given us the Blueprint, He just wants us to do it! We are entitled to the good life, and God said ....." No good thing will He withhold from them who walk uprightly".

    "Begin to Dream Again!" "You are entitled to your dreams!" 

If He said it... It shall be...!  

 We are Women Walking in the Word and we are taking charge in 2009!

What a Blessed New Year's Eve Service we had with special guest Fred Hammond, and the millions of viewers on The Word Network! The atmosphere was filled with praise and worship. After praise and worship Fred Hammond graced the stage.
We declare 2009 the Year of Discipleship, and as the New Year was coming in, the abundance of people young and old coming and deciding to make Jesus Christ the Lord of their lives just seconds before midnight was amazing. To a New Year.....

Merry Christmas from Dr. DeeDee..

Christmas time is very important to our family, and love is evident. As our Christas tradition,We invite all of our family to our home, (about 100 people) and everyone brings a dish (potluck) for dinner on Christmas Eve. We have soooo much fun……This is a time when we play games, sit around and talk, have lots of fun, relax and enjoy each other's company – we also get to see how much all of our children are growing. We buy everyone attending a gift and after dinner everyone opens up their gifts………………I love Christmas……………….

a women's fellowship of over 1000 women that meet quarterly. This is a time where women are taught that they can get along with one another and grow spiritually and become all that God has called them to be. Women are passionately encouraged to fulfill the purpose of God in their lives. Women Walking in the Word is also a unique forum where friends are made as women come together for fun and fellowship.
