2009 Faith Conference!!!

Women Walking in the Word...April 11th

We had an amazing time today at Women Walking in the Word. As you know my special guest was Dr. Taffi Dollar. She shared with us on how to WIN in any situation. I was so happy to see all of the women who came out despite the rain!

"The Love of the President"

On January 20^th Barack Obama became the 44^th President of the United States. With pride, the country and the rest of the world stopped everything they were doing to witness this historic moment. Along with a new President, we also have a new First Lady…Michelle Obama. Despite the the enormous task ahead of her husband, she has made it clear that her first priority is her children (Mom-in-Chief) and making sure that their lives stay as normal as possible.

But the world cannot help but to follow the moves of Michelle Obama very close. Her sense of style has been the buzz every since President Obama won the primaries. She is being looked at as a role model, wife, mother, spokesperson, AND First Lady. Our prayers should be with her and the entire First Family as they continue their transition and fulfill the call that has been placed on their lives for a time such as this.
